The victory over the Lankies has been achieved and Earth appears to be secure. However, there is no time for peace in the military.

It has been four years since Earth united its military forces to fend off the Lanky invasion. Humanity has narrowly escaped the brink of extinction. The entire solar system is currently enjoying a period of tranquility, but how long will it last?

For Major Andrew Grayson of the Commonwealth Defense Corps and his wife, Halley, the days of facing monstrous nightmares and traumatic experiences may be over. They have been assigned desk duty on the front lines. However, when an opportunity for a new mission arises, Andrew must decide whether to retire peacefully or to dive back into the fray. What will he choose?

Although the remaining Lankies have withdrawn in fear, the danger is far from eliminated. To ensure the safety of Earth, they must be completely eradicated before they can launch another attack. This calls for a new offensive strategy. Andrew, along with his special tactics team, boards an Avenger warship for a high-risk search-and-destroy operation on the Lanky's home turf in the Capella system.

There will be no room for grand heroics or unnecessary risks this time. The mission is simple: destroy the alien seed ships and return home safely. But as history shows, war rarely goes according to plan.
