The moment has arrived to initiate the battle against the Lankies.

For over a year, Mars has been under the control of the Lankies. During this time, the weakened forces of Earth's alliances have been rebuilding their fleets, filling old warships with freshly trained soldiers. Faced with the decision of striking quickly to beat the Lankies or taking the necessary time to form a strong fighting force, command has opted to launch the attack now.

Once again, experienced soldiers Andrew and Halley find themselves leading inexperienced troops at the forefront of the battle as Earth's combined military strength faces off against the Lankies. However, as is always the case in war, no battle plan survives the first encounter with the enemy...and the Lankies are determined to retain control of Mars just as much as humanity is determined to reclaim it.
