I never planned on falling for Finn.

He's older, always in a bad mood, and seems to criticize everything I do.

I was brought all the way to Vermont, three thousand miles away from home, to paint a piece for the Bennett family's centennial celebration at their orchard farm. It's a huge opportunity for me, but I never expected Finn, their grandson, to drag me into a fake relationship scheme.

When his ex-girlfriend unexpectedly shows up and expects to stay in the cottage I'm staying in, I offer to bunk with Finn to keep up appearances of us being a couple.

The only problem is there's just one bed, and I absolutely refuse to sleep on his tiny couch.

As he begrudgingly shows me around the area, pretending we're deeply in love, I try to focus on my art and my career. I can handle dealing with Mr. Grumpy for now.

But as it turns out, he starts to develop feelings for me as well. And I have to admit, it's not as easy to resist him as I thought it would be.
