Jane Charles has resided in the Midwest for her whole life. Actually, she dwelled in the same residence until the moment she tied the knot. During her childhood, she was more inclined to be outside playing baseball rather than with her nose in a book. It wasn't until she reached the age of sixteen that Jane began to enjoy reading. On a lengthy road trip out of sheer boredom, she borrowed a historical romance novel from her older sister and became infatuated with reading. She has since lost track of the number of fiction books she has devoured over the years, but her fondness for them remains unwavering. Her adoration for romance collided with her passion for history, leading her to write her first historical romance novel. What began as a pastime evolved into a fervor, wholeheartedly supported by her spouse, three offspring, and three feline companions.
When she is not engrossed in writing, Jane revels in tending to her garden. In addition to striving for an impeccable balance to ensure that something blooms from the onset of spring until the initial frost, she nurtures her herb and vegetable plots and delights in culinary experimentation with fresh produce and herbs. She dreams of constructing her ideal kitchen one day, enabling her to prepare her favorite dishes without running out of counter space.
