However, Merry Wrath, a former CIA spy turned Girl Scout leader, is not thrilled about being featured in the exhibits. With its unique and slightly unsettling appeal (including a questionable gift shop), everyone is curious to know who is responsible for this popular attraction. Some believe it could be Sheldon McBride, a local guy known for creating ethanol-fueled cars, drones, and maybe even robot turkeys.

What was meant to be a harmless and quirky museum turns into a nightmare when a killer starts reenacting murders from the exhibits! As usual, chaos ensues with Merry's Girl Scout troop wanting to serve rotting shark snacks for their booth on Iceland Thinking Day, the dreaded annual cookie sales on the horizon, Betty, the Future Spy of America, having a new boyfriend, and Merry becoming an aunt for the first time when her twin sisters-in-law give birth to baby boys. Despite the arrival of the new little ones, Who's There is facing a population decline as the killer continues their spree. Merry must act quickly to catch the murderer before she becomes a permanent exhibit herself!
