About the book

Deep within the hostile territory of the Reeh Empire, the UFS Phoenix is on a mission to locate another AI queen known as Chion. Chion has been imprisoned against her will at the core of the Reeh Empire's power for the past 8,000 years, holding valuable information about Nia, the deepynine queen posing a grave danger to humanity.

Freeing Chion could potentially hold the key to defeating Nia and ultimately saving humanity. However, both Styx, the allied drysine queen of Phoenix, and Shali, Chion's former AI companion, have their own motives for wanting control of Chion. The Reeh Empire will not easily surrender their prized possession, requiring Phoenix and Styx to gain control of an AI fleet called Raka, developed from Nia's technology and used for specific operations by the Reeh Empire.

Despite Shali's warnings of the risks involved, Captain Debogande and Major Thakur have no alternative but to consider handing over the powerful AI war fleet to Styx in their attempt to rescue Chion. The decision is risky, posing a significant threat to humanity similar to Nia's existence, but may be the only option available.
