Bryan Gruley, the renowned writer of Starvation Lake: A Mystery, The Hanging Tree, and the upcoming sequel, The Skeleton Box, has received critical acclaim for his works.
His novel, The Hanging Tree, has been nominated for both Anthony and Barry Awards, which will be presented in September at the Bouchercon mystery/thriller convention. Furthermore, writer/director John Gray has acquired the rights to adapt the book into a feature film.
