About the book

Five years ago, Remy Bomar found himself in a disastrous military operation in Syria. Instead of staying for his pension, he decided to leave and return to his family in Oregon. For years, he stayed hidden from the world until recent events compelled him to come out of his seclusion. Major cities in the country were being terrorized, with attacks on sacred grounds and disregard for human life.

Authorities believed these were the works of an international group, but Bomar had a gut feeling that there was more to it, something that harkened back to his time in the desert.

Teaming up with a young FBI agent who had fallen from grace and a resourceful journalist, Bomar embarked on a cross-country journey to uncover the truth and put an end to the violence before more lives were lost.
