Just as Montana thought he had life in Vuldranni all figured out, everything changes in an instant. Once again, he finds himself alone, this time facing off against the man vying to become emperor. Many people are relying on Montana to provide them with a safe place to stay.

In order to establish a dukedom, Montana's only hope is to break Nikolai out of a prison infamous for being inescapable.

A prison where no one has ever made it out alive.

This prison supposedly only has one exit, rumored to be nothing more than a myth — a sentient dungeon set on causing suffering, inflicting agony, and taking lives.

With little time left, Montana and his hirðmen decide to take a huge risk. They get themselves arrested and enter Osterstadt prison. Will these self-proclaimed Good Guys be able to achieve good by doing something bad?
