Mary Kay Andrews, a bestselling author with 24 novels under her belt, including The Weekenders, Beach Town, Ladies Night, Summer Rental, and Deep Dish, has a successful writing career.
Originally from St. Petersburg, Florida, she obtained a B.A. in journalism from The University of Georgia and worked as a newspaper reporter for 14 years. For the last decade of her journalism career, she served as a features reporter for The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
She is happily married to her high school sweetheart, Tom Trocheck, and together they have raised two grown children, enjoyed the company of two adorable grandchildren, and shared many unforgettable kitchen experiences.
