About the book

At the age of 16, Weldon Avery Holland's life takes a drastic turn when he comes face to face with the infamous Bonnie and Clyde in his small Texas town. From that moment on, he commits himself to combatting evil wherever he encounters it.

However, as the 1930s unfold, evil extends beyond his hometown as the Nazis gain power and darkness spreads across the world. When war erupts, Holland finds himself in Germany, forever changed by the horrors of death and devastation.

During peacetime, it seems like Holland may finally find happiness and success, thanks to an offer from the mysterious 'Wayfaring Stranger'. Yet, he soon realizes that the atrocities of war were just a glimpse of the depravity and inhumanity that exist in the world.
