About the book

Tucker is always willing to stand up for the underdog, so when he is given a mission to save a dog unfairly judged and facing termination, he is determined to fight for her. Additionally, the dog is located in Miami, where his sister resides, and there is no way he can turn down attending her upcoming wedding.

Addie is aware that her sister fabricated a story about being attacked by the dog, but she is unsure of the extent of her sister's deception or how far she will go for revenge against an animal she despises. Despite this, Addie is committed to helping the dog she cares for, even if no one else will. While finding a champion for her cause was not part of her plan, she quickly recognizes Tucker's worth when they meet.

Unfortunately, Tucker has his own troubling situation to deal with - one that could jeopardize them all, including the dog.
