Detective Kate Morgan is unimpressed with her most recent case. A frightened woman enters the police station with a message for Kate. It's a message that also involves Simon, pulling him right into the heart of the situation. Kate is determined to solve the challenge and hopes to keep Simon on the sidelines.

Simon is caught off guard and confused by the message and the animosity directed towards him. He has no desire to confront his past once more.
