Vienna Price had never planned on staying in Oregon for long, wanting to avoid the painful memories of her past. However, when her career takes a nosedive, she finds herself back at home to heal and start anew. She knows it's only temporary though, as staying too long would drive her and her mom crazy, despite their close bond.

Matt Quinn also has no intention of visiting Oregon until his sister reaches out for help at just the right time. Seeking solace after a devastating loss, he heads to the peaceful town of Hope Harbor. However, relaxation isn't on the agenda when he discovers his sister's business struggling.
