About the book

Devyn Lee, a principal dancer at a prestigious ballet company in New York, finds herself far away from her hometown of Hope Harbor on the Oregon coast. However, when a family emergency arises, she is compelled to return and her short visit turns into an extended stay due to complications.

Aaron Steele, a widowed millworker, is unaffected by the talk in Hope Harbor about the famous dancer in town. That is until his grieving ten-year-old daughter takes a liking to Devyn, especially after she agrees to help with a fundraising show for a local charity in which his daughter is performing. As the show and Devyn bring happiness to his daughter, Aaron's own life is lifted by the presence of the talented ballerina as she gradually captures his heart.
