About the book
London, 1899. The foundation stone is laid by Queen Victoria for The Victoria and Albert Museum. The dead body of curator Andrew Page is discovered, prompting Museum Detectives Daniel Wilson and Abigail Fenton to be called to the scene.
Queen Victoria is adamant that the new museum, named after her and Prince Albert, remains untainted. However, as Wilson and Fenton investigate further, they uncover other possible reasons for Page's murder, some of which could have serious consequences. They must proceed cautiously as someone is intent on hindering their progress.
