About the book

The Dwarves are eager to engage in combat but they are instructed to flee instead. Turtling up offers the best solution for both sides.

Joe and humanity have made a grave mistake, resulting in the deaths of important figures from the Elven and Dwarven races. The escalating war has reached unprecedented levels, with only one side facing the threat of annihilation. The attackers, aware of their ability to respawn after death, relentlessly pursue their long-time enemies without fear of the consequences.

Despite the increasing casualties, there is still hope for Joe and his allies. Safely hidden from the Elves, Joe receives a quest to escort the key members of the Dwarven Oligarchy to safety, along with their history and those who experienced it. By saving even a small portion of the Oligarchy as it begins to collapse, there may be a chance for the Dwarves to reclaim their former glory in the future.

The main challenge lies in persuading the Dwarves, who have a deep love for war, to abandon the final battle and seek refuge.
