A valuable cargo, labeled as top-secret, has been stolen while being transported from Nevada's Groom Lake testing grounds to Norfolk Virginia's Navy Shipyards. The hijacking occurred without a trace, with no knowledge of the location or whereabouts of the stolen container. To make matters worse, the Delta Force team tasked with transporting the cargo were highly skilled and beyond suspicion.

Harry Bauer is not a detective, but an assassin. However, his superior, the brigadier, has a strong suspicion about the perpetrator of the hijacking and assigns Harry the task of locating and eliminating them in Marbella, Spain.

Initially, the mission seems straightforward, until Harry discovers his path intersects with the captivating and enigmatic Rafaela Omeya...
