About the book

He is a collector of records - a specialist in vinyl, searching for rare and hard-to-find LPs. His business card labels him as the ‘Vinyl Detective’ and some individuals interpret this more literally than others.

One example is the stunning, enigmatic woman who wishes to hire him for a generous fee to locate a valuable lost recording - on behalf of a wealthy (and somewhat suspicious) secretive patron.

As he is running low on cat food, our protagonist is immediately intrigued. And so begins a challenging and perilous journey to find the most elusive jazz record of all...
