About the book

A sister's job is never finished - especially when there are injustices to correct and those in need of protection. Recently returning to their secluded hideaway in the mountains following a successful mission, the seven brave friends gather for a celebratory meal before turning in for the night. However, their rest is short-lived as an alarm suddenly blares, prompting the women to rush back to the compound just in time to witness Myra and their mentor, Charles, boarding a helicopter. Left behind is a cryptic note, bearing Charles' signature.

Still processing the shock of the situation, the Sisters are contacted by retired judge Pearl Barnes with an urgent request for assistance. Pearl operates an underground network providing refuge for abused and displaced women, and has just rescued a group of pregnant teenagers from a secretive and controversial polygamous sect. The safety of these young girls now rests in the hands of the Sisterhood, but the daunting task ahead will require unity and determination like never before.
