It’s been a year since Sally married Jack Skellington and became the queen of Halloween Town. Despite having Jack by her side, ruling is not easy for Sally, and she is uncertain about what lies ahead. Juggling her royal responsibilities, her new family in Dream Town, and her goal of uniting citizens from different regions is taking its toll on her.

During a potion demonstration at Sally’s Halloween exhibition, something goes terribly wrong, leading to chaos. Sally and her new apprentice, Luna, find themselves transported through a portal to Time Town. They learn that someone has interfered with the clock controlling Halloween Town, and Sally can’t return unless she uncovers the culprit and resets time.

Sally and Luna set out on a quest to uncover the truth, encountering various towns, allies, and adversaries along the way. With time running out, Sally must save Jack and her hometown while contemplating the kind of future she truly desires – and what she must give up to achieve it.
