For instance, the latest news from a town hall meeting reveals that the rundown house across from the elementary school will not be condemned; it's actually deemed structurally sound after a local inspection. To everyone's surprise, newcomers Ty and Heather Moon are set to move into the house soon.

Despite rumors of ghosts, the Moons move in, but they aren't exactly friendly to the town's welcome.
