Brittany Cavallaro - Poet, Fiction Writer, Sherlockian
Brittany Cavallaro is a multifaceted artist, excelling in poetry, fiction writing, and her passion for all things Sherlock Holmes. Her poetry collection, Girl-King, published by the University of Akron, showcases her talent and creativity. Recognized for her work, she has been awarded a prestigious National Endowment for the Arts fellowship.
Brittany obtained her BA in literature from Middlebury College and continued her education by earning an MFA in poetry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Currently pursuing further academic achievements, she is a PhD candidate in English literature at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Residing in Wisconsin, Brittany shares her home with her husband, beloved cat, and an impressive array of deerstalker caps, a testament to her enduring love for all things Sherlock Holmes.
